🌀 About Breathwork

Breathwork is a guided practice using conscious breathing, music, and sound therapy to help you:

– Calm the nervous system

– Release stress and tension

– Feel more grounded and connected

– Access insight, clarity, and emotional wellbeing

This is a gentle, music-led breathwork journey focused on relaxation, emotional release, and connection – not a push-your-limits or hyperventilation style.

It is safe, trauma-aware, and fully guided.
 No prior experience is needed.
Everything is provided. You are always in control of your experience and can pause, sit up, or step outside at any time.

Breathwork is generally very safe, but extra care is needed with certain conditions (e.g. PTSD, panic attacks, some heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy). All participants are required to sign a waiver form before the session. Please get in touch if you are unsure or have any questions before booking.

🌿 Who it’s for

These circles are:

– Friendly, welcoming & inclusive

– Open to all adults (18+)

– Suitable for beginners and experienced people alike

– A calm, supportive space to explore something new and meet like minded people

You do not need any knowledge of plants, meditation, or breathwork.

📅 About the series

There are three linked sessions, each focusing on a different plant.
You can attend one, two, or all three. Each session stands alone but together they form a deeper journey

💚 Community and Climate Impact

100% of paid ticket income is donated to local community gardens, supporting food growing, composting and biodiversity and community climate action
A number of spaces are funded by Dundee Changemakers for people facing financial or cultural barriers – if you know someone who would be keen to attend but this applies to, please get in touch to find out more
